Technology Work Orders
- If you are a teacher or staff member that is experiencing technology problems, please complete the form below.
- If you are experiencing more than one issue, please complete a work order for each issue.
- Please do not submit more than one work order for the same issue. Once a work order is received, it will be resolved as soon as possible. The majority of issues are resolved in 1 to 3 days, however each situation is unique and could take longer. If you have submitted a work order and have not heard from a technician within a week please email email@example.com.
- Students should contact their media specialist or on campus technician for assistance.
